Abstract
A expansão de novos negócios, principalmente baseados em modelos de negócios inovadores, escaláveis e recorrentes (startups), associada a fenômenos contemporâneos como a globalização e os avanços tecnológicos, ampliou as possibilidades de financiamento a esses empreendimentos. Para acompanhar tal tendência, houve uma expansão do campo de estudos das finanças empreendedoras (entrepreneurial finance) nos últimos anos. Diante disso, o presente trabalho visa desenvolver uma revisão bibliométrica do campo de finanças empreendedoras, com base nas publicações que tratam do tema envolvendo o Brasil. Os resultados mostram um descolamento da produção sobre o Brasil do “mainstrream” das finanças empreendedoras em relação aos grupos de pesquisa atuantes, às referências utilizadas e aos temas abordados. Se essa desconexão indica certo alheamento às produções mundiais ou demonstra a independência deliberada frente ao conhecimento ora consolidado, tais hipóteses carecem de investigação aprofundada.

ENTREPRENEURIAL FINANCE IN BRAZIL: A BIBLIOMETRIC STUDY
Abstract
The expansion of new businesses, mainly based on innovative, scalable and recurring business models (startups) associated with contemporary phenomena such as globalization and technological advances have expanded the possibilities of financing these ventures. To keep up with this trend, there has been an expansion of the field of entrepreneurial finance studies in recent years. Accordingly, this paper aims to develop a bibliometric review of the field of entrepreneurial finance, based on publications that address the subject in Brazil. The results show a disconnection of production on the country from the “mainstream” of entrepreneurial finance in relation to the active research groups, the references used and the topics addressed. Whether this disconnect indicates a certain detachment from global productions or demonstrates deliberate independence from the currently consolidated knowledge, such hypotheses require in-depth investigation.
